Vendor Info 2019

Hello.

Hi. Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Angel Pets Vendor Expo!

This is an exciting and pioneering event! The Angel Pets Vendor Expo (Salon B/C) will be coinciding with the Angel Pets Conference (Salon A).

The Vendor Expo will be from 10-6pm. Setup can occur from 8:30am-10am. All vendors are asked to be completely setup by 10am, when doors open.

Vendor spaces are $60 for full 6ft table and $45 for half.

 

Vendors should have products or services which benefits pets. Especially welcomes are those focusing on Senior Pets, Animal Care, End-of-life care, Caregiver support, Pet loss grief healing, and/or be pet related in a supportive way. All Vendors are subject to review and approval. Committee will also try to obtain a variety vendors.

*Please note that Pet and Animal trainer, animal communicator and energy worker spots have been filled.

The Angel Pets Vendor Expo will be open to the public with only a $5 admission. Vendors will be allowed 2 staff and also be given 2 Guest passes to the Vendor Expo.

 

Vendors will be allowed to provide a promotional item (Flyer, business cards, etc.) to be included in the Conference attendees welcome bag. These items will need to be received to be populated in the welcome bags no later than May 15th, 2019 in order to have time to prepare Welcome bags.

 

Vendors can also submit items for Door prizes for Conference and Vendor attendees for additional promotion.

 

Vendor information (logo, description, website link) will be added to Angel Pets Expo website.

 

The Angel Pets Vendor Expo admission is free to conference attendees who will have time to attend during lunch and after the conference ends at 5pm. Because of this Vendors are asked to agree not to breakdown prior to 6pm. Vendors in violation of this will not be invited back and all company info removed from the Angel Pets Expo website.

All vendors are responsible for adhering to local and state laws and for collecting and reporting appropriate taxes. If required, please ensure you have a tax id and Certificate of Registration if you are going to be selling products.

Vendors are responsible for payment of North Carolina Sales Tax and are required to obtain a certificate of registration (NC-BR form, for Sales & Use Tax) from the NC Department of Revenue (this form can be found on the CIJ website or www.dornc.com)
